Shipping/delivery  Policy

By placing an order on www.thequartermaster.co.za (Here after referred to as tQM) you agree to abide by our terms & conditions. By making/effecting  payment for your order/purchase it is understood that you are familiar with the Terms & Conditions.

 

When you complete an order/purchase with us, legal obligations arise and your right to refund of monies  charged to your credit card or made through EFT/bank deposit or other legal tender, are limited by our terms & conditions.

We cannot be held responsible for delayed deliveries arising from misunderstanding which may arise due to product specification, availability, price, shipping or warranty. We try our best and sometimes mistakes happen. (We will take responsibility for our mistakes however)

 

Delivery/shipping time to your address are estimates based on normal business conditions. Strikes, weather conditions, riots, public holidays and other factors can disrupt our delivery/shipping time. Thus please place orders in time to avoid disappointment.

Generally we confident that we can ship most of our orders to the customer within 5 working days. International orders take longer.
