Afrimill NO1

This is a large than average home mill that is much more efficient than the smaller hand mills

Suitable for milling:

• Crush Maize
• Coarse maize Mill
• Fine Maize mil
• Wheat Fine. 
• Beans
• Nuts

This is not a kitchen counter size mill: It weighs approximately 30Kg and stands about 530mm High. 

The size of the handle and ring gear make it easy to mill the hardest of maize, nuts, wheat and beans.

Place a sieve under the outlet to separate course from fine mill. 

1 operator should be able to mill 20kg of Dry Millie (Maize) seeds per hour (Kibble/Chicken feed size) 

To get a finer pap/porridge consistency a single operator can get about 7kg of fine milled maize seeds. 

Productivity will be exponentially higher given an experienced operator OR two operators. 

Production figures quoted are an estimate as much depends on the physical ability/age of the operator.

Made from cast iron, and if you are ingenious you will be able to motorise the Afrimill No1, however it must not run at a higher RPM than if turned by hand.
