Terms & Conditions

Refusal to sell:


TheQuarterMaster retains the right NOT to sell to anyone for any reason whatsoever.


24-hour returns window: No charge & full refund.


To offer our customers peace of mind we offer 24-hour returns, no questions asked “window’.


If in the event you receive a product and you are unhappy with it you must return it to TheQuarterMaster within 24 hours of receiving it.


The waybill will record the time received. In this event you must advise TheQuarterMasterTheQuarterMaste in writing via email that you intend to do so, quoting the waybill and invoice number.


E.g. you receive a parcel on Thursday at 08h00. You must notify us BEFORE 08h00 Friday in order to expedite the claim.


Once the goods are received back in good order, unused, and in the original packaging will a full refund take place. The customer will be liable for the courier fees back to TheQuarterMaster


If goods are damaged or suspected of being used NO REFUND WILL TAKE PLACE. Goods will then have to be collected or an additional delivery fee will be charged.


Customers who abuse this policy will not be allowed to continue purchasing from TheQuarterMaster


Orders/purchases returned: Undeliverable


Please note: If a delivery is made to the address you specified and/or you are unavailable on the contact cell phone and or telephone numbers you provided and or the contact person specified is not available, this may result in your order/purchase being returned to TheQuarterMaster


You, the customer will be liable for all shipping costs incurred due to non-delivery. Obviously, we will do our best to resolve the situation BEFORE the order is returned to us.

Delivery times:


Are estimates based on the courier company contracted by TheQuarterMaster to deliver the goods?


Strikes, public holidays, and peak time will disrupt delivery time estimates.


Additionally, TheQuarterMaster may close temporarily for stock taking, staff training, outside exhibitions, or product testing.


Currently, delivery is estimated between 3-5 Working days. (Mon through Friday) To date, payment appears in our bank account.


Refunds:


Refunds are at the sole discretion of TheQuarterMaster and may either be done with store vouchers or in the same mode as the payment was made.


Any funds deposited in error in our account will not be refunded until 14 days after it is reflected in our account.


TheQuarterMaster will refund any customer at no cost if an order has been canceled but has not yet been prepared for dispatch.


It is the responsibility of the customer to cancel the order and confirm that TheQuarterMaster has indeed received this instruction.


Disruptions in emails etc. may result in TheQuarterMaster missing your instructions. Therefore the onus is on YOU to ensure that your cancellation has indeed been received.


Any cancellations that are received for goods already dispatched or received by the customer will result in you the customer is liable for all delivery costs. Additionally, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.


Refunds will not take place until the goods have been returned unopened and unused in the original packaging.


Payment Options


Payment may be made via credit card or EFT on the TheQuarterMaster web store.


Upon request, payment may be made via EFT, bank deposit, or cash payment at the store.


Cheques are not accepted.


Payment is considered to have been made only once it reflects in the TheQuarterMaster bank account or if an official receipt is issued from our office.


The payment currency is ZAR (South African Rands)


Payment via EFT or bank deposit will take longer to dispatch due to the fact the payment has to reflect on our bank statement. This can add up to 7 working days to your order.


Warranty

Some items sold by TheQuarterMaster have a sell-by date. Ensure that you are familiar with the date before purchasing.

Regrettably, we can only offer a local warranty in South Africa on products sold.

Other items may carry a 1-year warrant on workmanship and materials. The decision to repair or replace the item is at the sole discretion of TheQuarterMaster. Abuse, neglect, and or the incorrect use of the product will render the warranty void.


Proof of purchase must accompany the item when returned for warranty. Courier charges are for the customer's account unless otherwise stated.


Other Items such as our range of single meals may have an expiry date which is to expire within six months. However, because of the confidence we have in the product, we will warranty it for 2 years from the date of purchase to give you peace of mind. In that case, we will replace any meal that fails within that time period.


In Stock/Out of Stock


TheQuarterMaster does not sell items that are not in stock, however, at times errors do occur in which case we will contact the customer to find out if the customer wants a refund or is willing to wait. This is not ideal, but, we do not want to mess the customer around.
