This is super easy to install. Had to flip mine over because the QD side mount cannot slide past the hinge to remove the scope for cleaning, so mine folds to the right now and not the left. Feels sturdy enough to last a good while. Only problem is the bolt holes of the AK trunnion don't align perfectly with the stock or other way around. Also the screw which attaches to the stock just under the recoil spring rear guide can't be installed or else the recoil spring can't clip in place. I left it out . It doesn't weaken the design in my opinion. Many weaker points to go first.
