The detachable V yolk freely rotates 360 degrees and can be easily and quickly removed for securing spotting scopes, cameras, range finders and other tripod mountable devices. Device has a lock to ensure that the tripod remains at the desired height. Rubberised feet contact points allow for quiet deployment.
